About The Position

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst is a tenured sales operations professional responsible for driving sales performance and operational excellence across our growing organization. Leveraging advanced analytics and deep business acumen, you will identify complex data trends, partner to create scalable solutions, and implement strategies that directly impact sales effectiveness and revenue growth. In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between high-level insights and organizational execution—partnering with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting. You will ensure best-in-class data integrity, streamline sales processes, and influence business decisions through actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate is a collaborative thought leader, comfortable mentoring teammates and working cross-functionally to empower sales teams to achieve and exceed targets. We are flexible with geographic location—the ideal candidate can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or from our Bethesda, MD, or Durham, NC offices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5–7+ years of sales or revenue operations experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Monday.com, Tableau, Contract Lifecycle Management Software, G Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite. Salesforce Administration Certification is not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to our Growth team leaders and Network Development leaders, proactively surfacing complex insights and recommending solutions that remove operational barriers and enable elevated performance.
  • Lead collaboration with cross-functional partners—including marketing operations, SEE team, GDR, sales enablement, Contract Operations and finance—to continuously refine sales processes and drive clarity, efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Oversee the forecasting process and pipeline management for dedicated regions, maintaining exceptional data integrity and hygiene; drive user adoption and play a critical role in ensuring forecasting best practices and overall exceptional forecasting accuracies occurs within the region.
  • Design, implement, and deliver advanced analytics, dashboards, and scheduled/ad hoc reporting to support the RSD and Network Development Leaders and executive leadership to provide data driven decision-making.
  • Identify training needs or gaps, and proactive drive for collaboration with the Sales Enablement to provide advanced training for sales teams to enable skill development, promote best practices, and optimize use of tools and systems.
  • Mentor junior analysts and operational team members, fostering a data-driven culture and supporting professional growth.
  • Manage a Sales Operations Salesforce Case Queue in collaboration with the other Sales Operations team members.
