About The Position

The Redmont and The Kelly are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to serve as the lead commercial seller across both properties. This is a high-visibility role with real ownership. You will drive group and corporate production, shape account strategy, and help set the direction of our sales effort at both hotels.

Requirements

5+ years of hotel sales experience with a demonstrated record of achieving sales goals.
Strong knowledge of the Birmingham corporate and group market.
Proficiency with CRM/sales systems and forecasting tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong knowledge of hospitality trends and the local market.

Nice To Haves

Supervisory, leadership, or mentoring experience preferred.
Experience with multi-property sales or multiple market segments preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue and production goals.
Generate new business through prospecting, client relationships, networking, site visits, and community involvement.
Manage and grow corporate, group, BT, SMERF, and local market accounts.
Develop strategic account plans and maintain a strong, accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
Partner with hotel leadership and revenue management on pricing, business mix, and market strategy.
Lead group sales efforts, including solicitation, presentations, negotiations, and contracting.
Represent both hotels at industry events and within the Birmingham business community.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to the sales team.
