About The Position

E-Seek by Veridos is a leading technology company based in San Diego, specializing in cutting-edge identification and driver’s license authentication solutions. Our patented technology revolutionizes user identification and is already deployed at security checkpoints across U.S. airports. Primarily focused on hardware development, we design and manufacture ID readers that our value-added partners integrate into their software solutions. As part of our expansion plans, we are looking to extend our market presence globally. We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead business development efforts with a clear mandate to identify, target, and acquire new accounts. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on building pipelines from scratch, breaking into new markets, and consistently exceeding revenue targets. The successful candidate brings deep industry expertise from the identity verification domain, a proven track record in new business development, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles to close high-value deals. This role blends strategic sales leadership with day-to-day commercial management to drive sustainable growth, profitability, and the performance of the local operations team.

Requirements

Strong dedication to business development with a hands-on, proactive approach.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated success in sales, business development, and commercial management.
Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities.
High level of business acumen, proficiency with standard business tools, and strong professionalism and self-organization.
Strong footprint in Identity Verification domain and related industry expertise.
Good technical understanding and genuine interest in emerging technologies and trends.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Willingness to travel and work outside standard business hours as needed.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth through customer acquisition, strategic partnerships, and innovative sales strategies.
Leverage industry knowledge to identify opportunities, trends, and white space in the market
Position solutions effectively against competitors and align value propositions to customer needs
Develop and execute strategic prospecting plans to build a robust pipeline
Create account entry strategies for strategic targets and proactively identify, qualify and close net-new customers
Establish and develop new sales channels and market opportunities, build and manage reseller networks to expand market presence.
Drive full-cycle sales processes from lead generation through contract negotiation and closure
Consistently meet or exceed aggressive new business revenue targets
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting
Support sales efforts through active engagement in communication and marketing initiatives.
Develop pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
Negotiate and manage customer contracts, ensuring compliance and favorable terms.
Track, analyze, and report on key commercial performance metrics and KPIs.
