This role is responsible for driving sales for the CRN and Refurbished category by managing top-line growth, promotional and marketing plans, internal/external/HQ partnerships, supply chain and distribution, and long-term growth strategy. The Senior Sales Manager will lead and persuade cross-functional and direct report teams in executing strategy and tactical plans, oversee multiple Sales Funnels, and monitor and analyze channel sales performance. This includes explaining performance variations, adjusting action plans, managing communications, sales promotion development, and training. The role involves establishing high-level and tactical relationships with channel sales teams, marketing, and product teams, as well as fostering strong relationships with key channel executives to position the CRN portfolio and align sales strategy. The manager will drive the business forward to deliver sell-thru and other specified results tied to CRN products and solutions. Responsibilities also include preparing and presenting reports and management analysis, aligning with internal stakeholders to ensure supply and production demands meet sales forecasts, and developing yearly, quarterly, and monthly sales forecasts based on business trend analysis. Innovation is key, requiring out-of-the-box thinking, leveraging data, building insights for business cases, and developing functional capabilities to test, learn, and iterate to accelerate category growth. The role also involves developing data-driven perspectives on end-to-end business operations and identifying opportunities to drive operational efficiencies cross-functionally.
