Requirements
- Automotive sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Self-motivated with strong closing ability
- Comfortable with CRM, digital leads, and technology
- Someone who wants to grow into leadership or management
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs
- Follow up on internet, phone, and showroom leads
- Conduct professional product presentations and test drives
- Build relationships and generate repeat/referral business
- Maintain accurate CRM and follow-up processes
- Work closely with finance and management teams
