We're looking for a dynamic sales leader who thrives at the intersection of people, strategy, and the latest technology. You'll lead a national team of Account Managers who own relationships with some of the most recognizable eCommerce, retail technology, and direct-to-consumer brands in America. These are companies reshaping how people shop, and you'll be the one helping them do it on AWS. The eCommerce Pure Play segment is one of the fastest-moving spaces in cloud, and your customers are building with AI, modernizing data platforms, and scaling globally—all at the same time. Your job is to build a team that can keep up, stay ahead, and make it look easy. You'll be a first-line leader (we call it a District Manager internally) responsible for coaching, developing, and inspiring a team of experienced sales professionals spread across the country. You'll set the vision for how we show up with eCommerce customers, drive revenue growth, and create the kind of culture where people do the best work of their careers.
