About The Position

ProTech Mechanical, a Crete United Company is expanding in the Houston market and looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive net-new business growth across commercial HVAC and MEP services. This is a true hunter role, you’ll be responsible for building your own pipeline, opening doors, and closing new business. You won’t inherit accounts, but you will have the backing of a strong platform, established reputation, and full-service capabilities to help you win. Requirements

  • Proven hunter mindset, you know how to build pipeline and close net-new business
  • 5+ years’ experience in commercial HVAC sales
  • Strong prospecting skills (cold outreach, referrals, relationship building)
  • Ability to sell both service agreements and project work
  • Competitive, self-driven, and comfortable operating with autonomy
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing ability

Responsibilities

  • Drive net-new business development across the Houston market
  • Build and manage a self-generated pipeline through prospecting, outreach, and networking
  • Identify and close opportunities across: Commercial HVAC service agreements Retrofit and replacement projects Multi-site / programmatic work
  • Develop and execute a territory strategy focused on growth
  • Partner with operations and estimating teams to scope and win work
  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline and forecasting (CRM)
  • Consistently hit and exceed revenue and margin targets
