This position is responsible for the full sales life cycle: prospecting, communicating, cultivating, quoting, operating, and enhancing partnerships within assigned accounts. Requirements

  • Proven success in logistics, transportation, or B2B sales. 3+ years.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and driven to achieve results in a dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM and TMS systems preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business through proactive prospecting and outreach activities.
  • Manage daily customer operations, ensuring service excellence and satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate and competitive freight quotes while maintaining profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless logistics solutions.
  • Exceed monthly sales and margin goals while fostering long-term client partnerships.
