About The Position

REV is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Sales Executive with over 15 years of relevant sales experience to join our dynamic team. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with decision-makers, and contributing to the company’s growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology, software, or professional services sales and a proven track record of closing complex deals. Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive sales experience with a proven record of securing new business in technology, software, or professional services
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex deals and manage the sales process from start to finish
  • Consultative sales approach with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and travel up to 40% as required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with executive-level decision-makers at prospective client organizations
  • Represent REV professionally and strategically at industry events, conferences, and meetings
  • Collaborate internally with delivery and technical teams to ensure client requirements are understood and communicated
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities that align with REV’s service offerings
  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to leadership
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities
  • Contribute to REV’s growth strategy by providing insights into market opportunities and client needs
  • Uphold REV’s commitment to delivering innovative technology solutions that generate measurable business outcomes
  • Maintain a professional, ethical approach to all sales and client interactions

  • Base salary + commission, with mid-range target of $150K and competitive upside for top performers
