About The Position

We are looking for multiple Enterprise Senior Sales Executives to join our North America Sales team. This is a remote role that can be based anywhere in the United States. You will join an international software company that is ambitious, innovative, and focused on helping global organizations succeed through trusted data. You are passionate about data and the business value it creates. As part of our North America Sales team, you will help develop and deliver a value-driven, solution-centric customer experience. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Stibo Systems and engage with customers and partners to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, solution sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven success selling SaaS or enterprise software solutions.
  • Experience working with and driving sales through partner ecosystems.
  • Strong executive presence and experience engaging C-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A customer-first mindset focused on delivering business value.
  • A proactive, resilient, and self-driven approach to achieving results.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Clari, or similar sales technologies.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling into industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, Distribution, or Life Sciences is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Win new business through consultative, value-based selling and secure new logo software license agreements.
  • Develop opportunities across industries including Retail, Manufacturing, Distribution, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), BFSI, and Life Sciences.
  • Lead and contribute to successful RFI and RFP responses.
  • Build, develop, and progress a healthy pipeline of opportunities through to closure.
  • Position Stibo Systems as the leading provider of multidomain Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
  • Partner with solution consultants, customer success teams, and strategic partners to drive successful sales outcomes.
