The successful candidate is relationship driven, market-facing and has a proven track record of working with customers to find solutions to their HVAC needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial HVAC or mechanical services sales experience
  • Strong network in the Greater Boston / North Shore market
  • Proven ability to sell replacement, retrofit, project, and service work
  • Comfortable working independently

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with commercial customers including property management/development, office, education, retail, and more
  • Sell HVAC service agreements, replacement, retrofit, and project-based HVAC design/build solutions via end users.
  • Work directly with operations and leadership to scope opportunities and win work
  • Own your pipeline from prospecting through close
  • Operate with autonomy, accountability, and local decision-making authority
  • Effectively hand project details off to project management team for execution
