About The Position

City Wide Facility Solutions of Greater Houston is expanding and seeking a top-performing, deal-closing Sales Executive. This role is for a true hunter who can open doors, build relationships, and close significant business. It is not an order-taker position, but rather for someone who thrives on competition, enjoys the sales process, and is driven by uncapped earning potential. The position offers the opportunity to advance one's career and income significantly within the Houston market.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of crushing quotas.
  • Hunter mentality – ability to create leads rather than waiting for them.
  • Confidence in high-volume outreach and face-to-face selling.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • High energy, competitive drive, and resilience.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or similar).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in facility services, commercial cleaning, or service-based sales.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business through cold calls, in-person visits, networking, and referrals.
  • Build, manage, and close sales pipelines.
  • Sell consultative facility solutions to decision-makers across multiple industries.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations and close deals.
  • Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Create long-term partnerships and foster repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure elite service delivery.
