Requirements

  • Experience: 6+ years in Sales Engineering or Pre-Sales roles within IT solutions or enterprise technology.
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms, virtualization, networking, and security.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with frameworks like CMMC, NIST 800-53.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to develop technical proposals, estimates, and project plans.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Security Clearance.
  • Pass an initial Commercial Background Screening and DHS Employment Eligibility Verification.
  • Ability to lift and move objects of 35 lbs or more.
  • Ability to work in a high-demand and high-pressure environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Degree: Computer Science or related technical field.
  • Certifications: Microsoft (AZ-104, SC-300), Nutanix, Cisco, HPE, CompTIA Security+.
  • Experience delivering services to external customers.
  • Experience with solution architecture and technical strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Innovate: Architect and deliver enterprise-grade solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Own the Technical Strategy: Serve as the technical authority for strategic accounts, guiding architecture decisions and ensuring compliance.
  • Drive Transformations: Lead migrations, virtualization projects, and cloud adoption initiatives.
  • Collaborate & Communicate: Partner with Business Development Executives and Customer Experience Managers to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Educate & Empower: Conduct technical workshops and enablement sessions for customers and internal teams.
  • Solve Complex Challenges: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during pre-sales and implementation phases.
  • Stay Ahead: Monitor industry trends and recommend improvements to keep solutions future-ready.
  • Document & Standardize: Maintain accurate documentation, best practices, and governance frameworks.
