Clear Capital is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Solution Engineering to lead and scale our Solution Engineering function while remaining actively engaged in strategic and technically complex sales opportunities. This role serves as both a people leader and senior technical partner to Sales, helping customers understand the business value, operational fit, and implementation approach of Clear Capital’s products, analytics, and data solutions. The ideal candidate will strengthen collaboration across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success while building scalable, repeatable technical sales practices that support the company’s long-term growth strategy. This is a highly collaborative, customer-facing leadership role that combines technical expertise, commercial acumen, and operational execution.
