Senior Sales Enablement Manager

Mirakl - AMERBoston, MA
$135,000 - $171,000Hybrid

About The Position

Mirakl is a leader in marketplace innovation, empowering businesses to compete in the platform economy. Mirakl's operating system includes an enterprise marketplace solution, AI-powered multichannel selling, retail media, and agentic commerce infrastructure. Founded in 2012, Mirakl has dual headquarters in Boston and Paris, with over 750 employees in 9 offices worldwide. The company values teamwork, efficiency, excellence, continuous learning, and client success. This hybrid role is based in the Boston office, requiring 4 days onsite per week with up to 15% travel. The Senior Sales Enablement Manager will join the Sales Enablement team, reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement. This role will own enablement for the global Enterprise BDR and Mirakl Connect SMB AE/AM organizations, focusing on skills like prospecting, qualification, discovery, and pipeline management. It is a builder-operator role with autonomy to set strategy and execute training, leveraging AI to accelerate work. The role does not manage a team but sets coaching standards for managers across two global organizations.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in sales enablement, ideally within SaaS or a high-growth technology company.
  • Experience building or scaling sales onboarding: training, role-plays, online courses, and certifications.
  • Direct experience enabling BDR/SMB AE or other high-velocity sales teams, including prospecting, call coaching, and high-volume ramp.
  • Proven success owning sales enablement initiatives end to end, with measurable adoption and business outcomes.
  • Experience enabling a new or evolving product line where positioning and messaging are still developing.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Pre-Sales, Sales Leadership, Talent Acquisition, and other business stakeholders.
  • Experience working globally across regions, adapting programs to local market needs while holding a consistent standard.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Operate as a leader: set direction, build alignment across teams that don't report to you, and hold others to a standard.
  • Comfortable in ambiguity and think strategically, looking past the immediate task to the underlying business need, then building practical solutions.
  • Facilitate and present with credibility across sellers, managers, and senior leadership.
  • Credible coach to both early-career reps and experienced sellers, with a strong command of the full sales cycle.
  • Take a data-driven approach to measuring effectiveness, using conversation intelligence and enablement platforms to diagnose performance gaps.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with 360Learning and Gong or similar tools.
  • Enablement platform administration: configuration, course publishing, certification paths, and adoption reporting.
  • Experience with sales methodologies such as Challenger and MEDDPICC.
  • Experience applying LLMs and AI tooling to enablement with judgment about where automation creates leverage and where human oversight is still required.

Responsibilities

  • Own the annual and quarterly enablement strategy for the Enterprise BDR and Mirakl Connect SMB AE/AM organizations, partnering with Sales Leadership to align priorities with GTM strategy, messaging, tools, and sales methodologies.
  • Own the new hire journey from interview to full productivity, serving as the enablement SME in hiring by interviewing candidates and partnering with TA, then owning onboarding programs, cohort check-ins, and certification milestones.
  • Build and evolve the curriculum across the full motion: prospecting, cold-call structure, objection handling, messaging, multithreading, qualification, discovery, negotiation, closing, and expansion.
  • Provide hands-on coaching across calls, deals, pipeline, and sales skills, and train managers to coach to a consistent standard so coaching scales with headcount.
  • Measure enablement through business outcomes: ramp time, pipeline quality, conversion, and win rate — held in shared accountability with Sales Leadership, using conversation intelligence to diagnose capability gaps that give leadership clear visibility into performance and ROI.
  • Deploy and operationalize AI agents, automated workflows, and AI role-play programs that reduce manual effort and accelerate ramp.
  • Own enablement execution for SKOs, QBRs, and ad hoc events and initiatives requested by leadership.
