The company is rapidly scaling to meet the increasing demand for its platform, combining millions of legal data points with AI automations to accelerate growth for law firms. FirmPilot is a high-growth, VC-backed startup that recently raised $27M in Series A funding. They are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) with B2B cold calling experience to join their team.

Requirements

  • Willing to be in office 5 days a week
  • Bachelor’s degree, Associates degree, or at least two years of work experience
  • Will not require citizen sponsorship
  • Fits into the specified salary, commission, and OTE range
  • Cold calling confidence
  • Outbound cold calling experience of 3+ years
  • Ability to pivot as needed with new messaging/targeting
  • Eager to improve and open to coaching
  • Proficiency in Outbound B2B Cold Calling (gets it, wants it, can do it)
  • Situational awareness on a cold call
  • Excellent verbal communication (over the phone)
  • Loves to be coached, beginner mindset with pro-level skills
  • Ability to absorb product messaging and translate it into conversations

Responsibilities

  • Cold Calling: achieve 25 - 40 live conversations per day on 165-180 dials per day
  • Completions & Activations: Complete conversations with target prospects to assess their timing and potential fit based on their role, industry, and use case, and activate leads that are ready-to-evaluate.
  • Book meetings: Turn initial contact into scheduled introductory calls.
  • Follow up: Regularly follow up with “not now” contacts.
  • Collaborate with growth and marketing: Share feedback from the field, test new messaging, and help optimize outreach strategies.
  • Maintain clean CRM hygiene: Log activities and track lead progress to support team visibility and performance insights (based on provided training).
  • Grow into second-call ownership: As traction is gained, take occasional follow-up calls, with a natural ramp toward a Junior Account Executive (AE) role possible.
