Midway Mechanical Services is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build leads and drive growth opportunities nationally. We deliver best-in-class mechanical, electrical, and plumbing solutions to customers across the Western United States.   • Experience in construction or service-based industries
  • Familiarity with accounting systems across multiple business units or regions
  • Experience with NetSuite or field service management software

Responsibilities

  • Make 50–80+ outbound calls daily (~10+ calls/hour) with energy and professionalism
  • Prospect and engage potential Commercial HVAC customers via calls, email, and follow-ups
  • Set qualified meetings for the sales team through persistence and professionalism
  • Confidently ask for meetings multiple times (3–4 attempts) without being overbearing
  • Build early-stage relationships and position the company as a trusted partner
  • Develop working knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and maintenance programs
  • Track all activity (calls, emails, touches, meetings) in CRM
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams for smooth opportunity handoffs
  • Continuously improve messaging, objection handling, and outreach strategies
  • Stay coachable and committed to ongoing development
