About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to spearhead our prospecting and lead qualification efforts. As the first point of contact for prospective partners, you will be instrumental in prospecting new business opportunities, conducting high-quality qualification calls, and ensuring a seamless handoff of qualified leads to Account Executives. MD Integrations is the physician-powered telehealth platform that helps companies scale quickly and compliantly. Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in a high-velocity sales environment.
  • Proven track record of generating leads and sourcing qualified outbound pipeline.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot CRM and Hubspot sequenced outreach strongly preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the telehealth industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed a monthly Outbound Opportunity quota by sourcing new prospects that align with our identified Buyer Personas and Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Meet and exceed a monthly Held Discovery Meeting quota by diligently pre-qualifying prospects and meeting all Service Level Agreements for handoff to Account Executives.
  • Generate outbound qualified leads through a multichannel approach of a minimum of 50 calls per day, email, and social media networking.
  • Adhere to Service Level Agreements for responding to inbound calls, chats, and contact forms.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information on leads and prospects.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Participate in training sessions and industry events as needed.

  • Competitive Salary: We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. The target salary for this position is $85,000.00 OTE (70/30 split.)
