About The Position
Kickmaker is a high-tech product design and industrialization agency that supports customers from prototype to production run in various vertical markets including medical, new mobility, electrification, agrotech, robotics, IOT, and consumer devices. They leverage cross-disciplinary skills in embedded AI, high-tech manufacturing automation, eco-design, industrial design, and WEB 3.0 for the economy of functionality. The company has a presence in France, China, and the United States, with a growing community of over 250 employees. They are looking to expand their team in Boston, Seattle, and San Francisco.
Requirements
- Experienced in sales, passionate about new technologies and the sale of technical products.
- Strong understanding of Seattle industrial/tech ecosystem, with existing relationships across key accounts and partners a plus
- Engineering background or have worked in sectors combining mechanical, electronic, or robotics expertise.
- Strong resilience, ability to manage stressful situations.
- Persistent and rigorous, willing to do whatever it takes to take on and succeed at new challenges.
Responsibilities
- Build a portfolio and promote Kickmaker's presence in the region through phone prospecting, field prospecting, media, etc.
- Conduct sales meetings
- Analyze client needs and help develop a tailored commercial offer in coordination with the technical team
- Lead negotiations through to contract signature
- Oversee projects with partners
- Monitor the market to identify new opportunities
- Participate in recruitment with the HR team: sourcing, interviews
- Build a strong relationship with each Kicker
- Support and follow up with each Kicker throughout their assignment with the partner
- Ensure regular and effective reporting through the implementation of KPIs
- Supervise the junior sales team and support their professional development
- Ensure the quality of established processes and compliance with current HSE rules
