About The Position

This role is responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to both external and internal guests. The Senior Sales Associate will foster a positive work environment, possess a strong understanding of the POS system and retail procedures, and work closely with Leads to achieve sales goals. The position also involves assisting in various guest service areas, supporting visual merchandising, and being capable of stepping into the Retail Lead's role in their absence.

Requirements

  • Strong problem solving and multi-tasking ability.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Guest focused, proactive, ability to resolve conflict, desire to learn, accountable.
  • Experience in cash-flow, cash handling, reconciliation, and counting.
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of guests/fellow team members and take initiative to meet those needs.
  • Effective time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently practice the highest level of customer service with both external and internal guests.
  • Foster a positive work environment among team members through encouragement, mentoring, and training.
  • Have a strong understanding of POS system and retail/concession procedures, to assist fellow employees as needed.
  • Work closely with Leads to encourage team focus on excellent customer service and efficiency while meeting sales goals.
  • Assist in any area of guest service as assigned, including, but not limited to Concessions, Retail, Almond Stations, Theater Carts and Usher.
  • Assist with displays, stocking, and procedural development as needed.
  • Support Visual Merchandiser with displays, stocking, and procedural development.
  • Equipped to fill in in Retail Lead's absence, and competently perform within all areas of Guest Services.
