About The Position
The Senior Sales Associate supports the store’s sales and profit objectives by consistently achieving individual sales goals and providing superior customer service. The role also takes on senior-level store responsibilities, including promoting music lessons, building relationships with customers and community organizations, supporting store operations, and maintaining store security.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two years of relevant work experience.
- Skilled knowledge of musical instruments and written music.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals.
- Promote the Music & Arts lesson program.
- Build business by networking with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations.
- Develop customer relationships and deliver compelling sales presentations based on sales training.
- Provide outstanding customer service to every customer.
- Promote customer loyalty.
- Participate in store operations, including merchandising, displays, and maintenance.
- Maintain store security, including perimeter door keys, register keys, and personal alarm code.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
