About The Position

The Senior Sales Associate consistently achieves individual sales goals in support of the store’s sales and profit objectives while providing superior customer service. The role also takes on senior-level responsibilities within the store, including promoting music lessons, building relationships with customers and community organizations, and contributing to store operations and security.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of relevant work experience.
• Skilled knowledge of musical instruments and written music.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales that exceed personal sales goals.
• Promote the Music & Arts lesson program.
• Develop business by networking with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations.
• Build customer relationships and deliver compelling sales presentations based on sales training.
• Provide outstanding customer service to every customer and promote customer loyalty.
• Participate in store operations, including merchandising, displays, and maintenance.
• Maintain store security, including managing perimeter door keys, register keys, and a personal alarm code.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
