About The Position

This opportunity will have a hybrid work schedule with 4 days in office and remote flexibility on Friday. Candidates must be within a comfortable driving distance of a local facility to be considered. This role will be based out of the location below: Atlanta, GA - 3400 Cumberland Blvd SE, Atlanta, GA 30339. The Senior Sales Analyst will gather disparate data from various data sources; analyze and normalize to ensure data integrity for analysis. They will provide consistent, relevant and accurate data as well as guidance/knowledge of the data and definitions that are available for analysis. This role identifies key barriers/core problems and applies problem-solving skills to deal creatively with complex situations. They troubleshoot and resolve complex problems, making decisions under conditions of uncertainty, sometimes with incomplete information, that produce effective end results. The Senior Sales Analyst independently performs assignments with instruction limited to the expected results, determining and developing an approach to solutions. They receive technical guidance only on unusual or complex problems or issues. They may oversee the completion of projects and assignments, including planning, assigning, monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, evaluating results, etc. They contribute to employees' professional development but do not have hiring or firing authority.

Requirements

  • Expert level in Snowflake, SQL, and Tableau, with strong knowledge of data modeling, reporting, dashboard development, and analytics best practices.
  • Proven ability to analyze operational, sales, customer, and financial data to identify trends, performance gaps, business risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Proven experience translating complex data into actionable recommendations that drive operational efficiency, revenue growth, and enhanced business performance.
  • Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements that reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Experience leveraging automation, AI-enabled tools, scripting, and modern technologies to streamline reporting, enhance decision-making, and accelerate business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform complex datasets into meaningful business insights, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to identify root causes, forecast trends, measure performance, and influence decisions through data-driven analysis.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across Operations, Sales, Finance, IT, and Leadership teams.
  • Proven ability to build trusted partnerships, influence decision-making, and drive alignment across diverse business functions.
  • Demonstrated passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and technology adoption.
  • Proven ability to learn and apply new analytical methodologies, AI capabilities, automation tools, and business intelligence technologies to solve complex business challenges and create measurable value.
  • Experience managing initiatives end-to-end, balancing multiple priorities, and driving projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
  • BS/BA in a related discipline and generally 5-8 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a resource to assigned client in area of expertise.
  • Gathers and compiles raw data; conducts research for industry trends and benchmarks; and normalizes data to be incorporated into a centralized data format.
  • Analyzes, reports, makes comparisons to industry/company benchmarks, determines trends, and prepares cost analyses.
  • Defines data definitions and documents data limitations.
  • Prepares spreadsheets for data analysis; prepare reports with charts and graphs, mailing lists, maps and ad hoc requests.
  • May make presentations.
  • Provides recommendations based on findings and analysis.
  • Provides input on policies and procedures.
  • Participates in department and interdepartmental projects.
  • May serve as Team Lead.
  • May train Analysts.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
