About The Position

This is a sales-focused role that operates similarly to a CAS manager, overseeing multiple accounts across all brands within the West regional grocery sector. It emphasizes storytelling and strategic insight rather than data science. The Senior Sales Analyst serves as a critical resource for the sales team, providing intelligence on market conditions and recommending actionable strategies.

Requirements

  • Proficient on key Sales analytical tools
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Category Business Planning and Insights knowledge
  • Consultative/Solution selling

Responsibilities

  • Lead the line review process to identify potential threats to distribution and pinpoint distribution opportunities
  • Assist the team in preparing for top-to-top meetings
  • Run PPAs (Profitability Performance Analysis) to contribute to profit growth
