About The Position

Senior Sales Executive – Commercial HVAC ControlAir Systems | Burlington, MA Full-Time | Target Earnings $110,000–$150,000+ ControlAir Systems is a relationship-driven commercial HVAC and mechanical contractor serving property managers, developers, general contractors, and businesses across Massachusetts. For nearly 60 years, we’ve built our reputation on honesty, technical expertise, and long-term partnerships. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Executive to grow commercial HVAC replacement, retrofit, and project work across the Greater Boston market. This role is built for a proven seller who understands how to open doors, build trust, and close complex opportunities. The Role Develop and manage relationships with commercial customers including property management/development, office, education, retail, and more Sell HVAC service agreements, replacement, retrofit, and project-based HVAC design/build solutions via end users. Work directly with operations and leadership to scope opportunities and win work Own your pipeline from prospecting through close Operate with autonomy, accountability, and local decision-making authority Effectively hand project details off to project management team for execution The successful candidate is relationship driven, market-facing and has a proven track record of working with customers to find solutions to their HVAC needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial HVAC or mechanical services sales experience
  • Strong network in the Greater Boston / North Shore market
  • Proven ability to sell replacement, retrofit, project, and service work
  • Comfortable working independently
  • CRM discipline and working knowledge of Salesforce

Responsibilities
