We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Safety Manager to provide on-site safety leadership for a complex energy generation project in Kuna, Idaho. This role will support high-risk construction activities involving medium-voltage electrical systems, trenching and excavation, crane and rigging operations, heavy equipment, forklift material handling, and complex equipment installations. The selected professional will serve as a trusted safety resource to project leadership, field supervision, subcontractors, and craft personnel. This position requires strong technical knowledge, sound judgment, polished communication, and the confidence to address unsafe conditions while maintaining productive working relationships across the project. The Safety Manager will maintain a visible and consistent field presence across multiple active work areas. This professional will be responsible for identifying hazards before work begins, verifying that critical controls are in place, correcting deficiencies in real time, and ensuring that all construction activities comply with OSHA regulations, NFPA 70E requirements, client standards, and the project-specific safety program. The role requires a safety leader who can move comfortably between field observations, contractor coordination, incident prevention, safety documentation, and project leadership meetings. This is not a desk-based compliance role. The successful candidate must be comfortable spending the majority of the workday in the field, engaging crews, evaluating changing conditions, and addressing risk in real time.
