About The Position

Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) is seeking a Senior Safety and Occupational Health Professional to join the CTC Readiness Division. In this role, you will collaborate with experts to provide comprehensive strategies and solutions, innovative training technologies, and analysis tools to improve safety and occupational health, support emergency response, and ensure operational continuity. You will be part of a dedicated team shaping a safer future and preparing for tomorrow's uncertainties. This position can be located in Arlington, VA, or Fort Rucker, AL.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree in safety or related field preferred.
Minimum five (5) years' relevant experience.
Applied knowledge of safety and occupational health laws, policies, regulations, rules, procedures, and methods.
Experience with workplace hazard recognition and control methods and metrics.
Able to obtain a successful adjudication of T-1 background investigation.

Responsibilities

Applies knowledge involving the management, administration, or operation of a safety and occupational health program.
Performs administrative work concerned with safety and occupational health activities.
Supports the implementation and evaluation of safety and occupational health related program functions.
Advises on explosives safety laws, policies, regulations, rules, procedures, and methods.
Assesses safety programs for compliance with applicable laws and guidance.
Advises operations and logistics for continuous improvement in hazard reduction.
Applies experience and knowledge of the means of preventing or reducing mishaps.
Assists in planning, developing, and coordinating presentation materials for meetings and conferences.
Assists with the planning, preparation, and execution of meetings and conferences hosted by client.
Supports Government teams working to maintain policy, procedure, and technical standards.
