We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our Disputes Intake Engineering team and help build the next generation of experiences that support members and the agents who help them recover funds. As a senior engineer, you will be hands-on across the stack while also helping shape architecture, technical direction, and execution for mission-critical tools used across member-facing and internal workflows. This is a high-leverage area where the team is evolving disputes intake from static, one-size-fits-all flows into more intelligent, adaptive experiences that improve claim quality, reduce unnecessary friction, and let people focus on judgment where it matters most. Working closely with product, design, operations, and partner engineering teams, you’ll influence how we build clearer, more scalable, and more trustworthy dispute experiences for our members.
