About The Position

The Senior Room Attendant is a team member at the ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham Austin Round Rock location. The role is responsible for supervising and performing cleaning duties in guest rooms and public areas while ensuring brand standards are consistently met. The Senior Room Attendant provides guidance and support to Room Attendants to promote efficient workflow and exceptional service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and experienced, can work efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates honesty and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform cleaning duties in guest rooms and public areas.
• Ensure brand standards are consistently met.
• Provide guidance and support to Room Attendants.
• Help ensure efficient workflow and exceptional service.
