Senior Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer
About The Position
Ashling Partners, LLC is seeking a Senior Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer. This role involves developing robotic automation project plans, establishing governance and production support models, designing functional architecture, and creating real-time dashboards. The developer will understand workflow-based logic, conceptualize future state automated solutions, and lead RPA technical development and planning activities. Collaboration with Business Analysts and client stakeholders is key for analyzing requirements, designing the RPA strategic roadmap, and ensuring successful system integration and testing. The position also requires providing technical direction on security, performance, scalability, and other design considerations, as well as offering leadership oversight into RPA delivery methodology and representing Development in Ashling Partners’ Automation Centers of Excellence. Thought leadership on emerging trends in RPA and intelligent process automation is also expected.
Requirements
- Develop robotic automation project plans and established critical governance and production support models for client-facing systems.
- Design functional architecture, formulating optimal strategies for robotic automation processes based on domain-specific requirements.
- Design and customize real-time dashboards to track utilization, queue volumes, and workforce efficiency.
- Minimum 12 months of experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop robotic automation project plans and established critical governance and production support models for client-facing systems.
- Design functional architecture, formulating optimal strategies for robotic automation processes based on domain-specific requirements.
- Design and customize real-time dashboards to track utilization, queue volumes, and workforce efficiency.
- Understand workflow-based logic and have the ability to both understand a current state of the business process from a workflow diagram and conceptualize future state of the same in an automated solution.
- Lead RPA technical development and planning activities; working closely with key client stakeholders and Ashling Partners leadership to define the client’s strategy and work streams required to achieve it.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to analyze business requirements, prioritize work streams, help design the RPA strategic roadmap, conduct development, perform systems integration, testing and support development’s move to production.
- Provide technical direction on design considerations for security, performance, scalability, availability, maintainability, disaster recovery and uptime.
- Provide leadership oversight into RPA delivery methodology to identify, evaluate and prioritize opportunities to implement enhancements.
- Represent Development in Ashling Partners’ Automation Centers of Excellence.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging trends in Robotic Process Automation and the intelligent Process Automation revolution.
