Senior Risk Adjustment Coding Analyst
About The Position
The Senior Clinical Operations Professional designs and implements initiatives to optimize clinical operations and enhance care delivery across aligned areas or the organization. The role addresses problems of diverse scope and complexity, ranging from moderate to substantial. It identifies strategic improvement opportunities, establishes operational priorities, and develops standardized processes and practices to support clinical operational effectiveness. The position aligns operational processes with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices to promote efficient, high-quality, and sustainable operations and services. It advises executives on functional strategies, often segment-specific, for matters of significance, and exercises independent judgment in resolving complex issues. The role works under minimal supervision and analyzes variable factors to determine appropriate courses of action. This is a remote position. Occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be required. Employees working from home must provide an internet connection with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds and work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI and HIPAA information. The position is scheduled for 40 hours per week.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Five or more years of technical experience.
- Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
- For home work, provide internet service with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps.
- Work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI and HIPAA information.
- Occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be required.
