The Role You’ll Play: The Senior RevOps Analyst plays a central role in driving how CB Insights grows. Sitting at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Product, this role owns the systems, analytics, and processes that power the go-to-market engine. You’ll lead initiatives that connect strategy to execution — ensuring our teams are enabled with clean data, actionable insights, and scalable processes. You’ll move fluidly between analytical depth and strategic influence, guiding GTM leaders to make smarter, faster, evidence-based decisions. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who can both build and lead — a builder who enjoys structure, but thrives in ambiguity; a strategist who’s still willing to get in the weeds when the job calls for it. About the RevOps team: Revenue Operations at CBI is a strategic partner to the business — not a reporting function. We build scalable systems, publish actionable insights, and drive initiatives that directly impact revenue growth. We take a product-minded approach to operations: we experiment, measure, and refine constantly. Our mission is to create the infrastructure and intelligence that lets every GTM team operate at peak performance. RevOps sits under the Chief Financial Officer and partners closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Enablement to align strategy, systems, and execution.
