About The Position

This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the full lifecycle of contract operations within the Revenue Operations function. The RevOps Coordinator - Contracts will lead the administration of contract tools, process improvements, and enablement activities across Sales, LegalOps, Finance, and Customer Success teams. The position ensures contracts are accurate, compliant, and efficiently routed while providing clear training and support for internal stakeholders. You will own reporting, audits, and dashboards to monitor contract performance and identify opportunities for optimization. The role thrives in a detail-oriented, collaborative environment, requiring strong problem-solving, communication, and technical skills to streamline contract workflows and support business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce, DocuSign, and contract-related workflows.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
  • Excellent project management, training, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading tool rollouts or change management initiatives is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SaaS or subscription-based contracting and renewal cycles is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end contracting workflow, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely routing of customer contracts.
  • Administer contract-related tools such as DocuSign and DocGen, including template creation, configuration, updates, and testing.
  • Partner with LegalOps, Finance, Sales, and RevOps teams to maintain compliance and enhance contract processes.
  • Lead internal training, onboarding, and enablement, creating scalable SOPs, documentation, and support materials.
  • Troubleshoot escalations, address workflow issues, and serve as the go-to resource for contract-related questions.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and audit processes to monitor contract performance and data quality.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency, clarity, and consistency across contract operations.
