About The Position

Pallet is seeking its first Founding Senior Revenue Operations leader to build the operating system behind its go-to-market organization. As Pallet evolves from founder-led selling to a repeatable revenue engine, this role is crucial for creating the infrastructure, rigor, and operating cadence needed for scaling. The Senior Revenue Operations Manager will partner directly with Sales Leadership to enhance execution across the entire funnel, define success, establish repeatable processes, drive accountability, and ensure sales representatives have the necessary systems and enablement to perform effectively. This is a unique opportunity to build a RevOps function from the ground up, influencing how Sales operates as Pallet grows, and directly impacting the company's revenue generation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company
  • Experience scaling sales organizations from founder-led selling into a structured, repeatable revenue engine
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce and modern GTM tools such as Gong, Outreach, Apollo, Clari, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Proven ability to build operational processes from scratch while influencing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward action and a track record of solving ambiguous business problems through systems and process design

Responsibilities

  • Design and improve the operational processes that enable Sales to scale predictably.
  • Build reporting, dashboards, and operating cadences that support executive decision-making.
  • Develop metrics that provide visibility into pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and team performance.
  • Own pipeline hygiene, opportunity inspection, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Create repeatable pipeline review processes and establish clear expectations for CRM discipline.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to improve SDR and AE accountability through reporting, metrics, and operational rigor.
  • Design lead routing, territory management, and account allocation frameworks.
  • Own commission administration and support operational planning across the sales organization.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Finance to improve reporting, attribution, and data quality as the business scales.
