Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique. What your day-to-day will be like: Identify and set appropriate total hotel revenue for all portfolio hotels by collaborating across teams to establish a strategy for all revenue streams, including, but not limited to, room pricing, F&B, group, catering & events, and marketing. Conduct weekly Commercial strategy meetings to discuss booking pace, performance, and hotel-specific goals, ensuring important partners agreement on revenue strategy and pricing. Forecast future performance, identify trends, and act upon risk and opportunity. How you will collaborate with others: Strategize with hotel teams, regional teams, revenue, and marketing partners, aligning what is best for the hotel with what is most important to the senior leadership teams. Interact with the General Manager, Director of Sales, Director of Finance, and Front Office Manager. Other important revenue management partners may include the Regional Revenue Management team, Regional Sales team, Regional Marketing team, ownership and management company representatives, and other Commercial Services team members.
