Senior Revenue Forecasting Manager

IntappPalo Alto, CA
Hybrid

About The Position

Revenue forecasting is a core discipline at Intapp, and this role sits at the center of it. The Senior Manager, Revenue Forecasting owns the models, cadences, and cross-functional relationships that give leadership a clear, reliable view of how the business is performing and where it is headed. Sitting within the Revenue Strategy, Planning & AI team, this position directly shapes how Intapp plans for growth across Net New business and Renewals globally. Day to day, you will run weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast cycles; write SQL queries against large CRM and operational datasets; build dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker; and work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Service Delivery, and Finance to surface risks and opportunities before they become surprises. Experience with Salesforce data structures, SaaS revenue metrics, and enterprise planning platforms such as Pigment is essential.

Requirements

  • Direct experience owning or leading enterprise revenue forecasting processes in a SaaS or technology company, with a strong command of SaaS metrics including ARR, pipeline coverage, bookings, renewal rates, and forecast accuracy.
  • Hands-on SQL skills and the ability to independently query, model, and analyze large CRM and operational datasets to generate insights — this is a data-first role where you will be expected to do the analysis yourself.
  • Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, and experience with enterprise planning platforms such as Pigment or comparable solutions for revenue forecasting, scenario modeling, and capacity planning.
  • Experience working with Salesforce data structures and CRM reporting, and the ability to partner with Business Systems teams to improve data quality, reporting frameworks, and analytics infrastructure.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and influencing skills, with a track record of partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Service Delivery, and Finance to align forecast assumptions and drive accountability.
  • Familiarity with AI, predictive analytics, or automation as applied to forecasting processes, and an interest in continuing to develop and scale those capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end forecasting process for Net New business and Renewals — including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cadences — and continuously improve forecast accuracy, methodology, and governance across the Revenue organization.
  • Personally analyze large datasets using SQL and BI tools to identify pipeline trends, conversion patterns, sales velocity, and renewal risks, translating findings into actionable recommendations for Sales Leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Partner with Service Delivery to incorporate delivery timelines, capacity assumptions, and customer implementation commitments into the consolidated Revenue forecast, maintaining clear ownership boundaries while providing leadership with a holistic view.
  • Build and maintain executive dashboards, forecasting models, and reporting frameworks in Salesforce, Pigment (or comparable planning platforms), and BI tools that provide clear visibility into pipeline health, bookings attainment, and revenue outlook.
  • Lead the adoption of AI-enabled forecasting capabilities — including predictive analytics, automation, and behavioral signal integration — to improve forecast accuracy, reduce manual effort, and support better revenue decisions.
