Senior Revenue Enablement Manager

Rogo•New York, NY
•Onsite

About The Position

Revenue Enablement at Rogo is responsible for three key areas: Time to Revenue (onboarding and ramp), GTM Productivity (training, process, coaching), and Sustained Success at Scale (infrastructure, alignment, change management). The successful candidate will join a small, high-leverage team and will be expected to independently manage all these programs from start to finish, with a specific emphasis on developing Post-Sales enablement as the organization expands. This role is not focused on content creation or LMS administration. Instead, it involves co-owning ramp cohorts for new hires across all roles, certifying representatives and managers on new frameworks, and developing and maintaining AI-powered systems to support a lean team. The individual will serve as the primary point of contact for Enablement within Post-Sales, Product, and global teams.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in revenue/sales enablement, sales operations, or a quota-carrying/GTM leadership role at a high-growth B2B technology company, with experience scaling through employee growth from ~100 to 500+.
  • Proven experience owning a complete onboarding and ramp program for multiple GTM roles.
  • Experience designing and executing certification and coaching programs linked to sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, value-selling frameworks) and revenue metrics.
  • Confident presenter and facilitator capable of leading sessions for over 100 sellers weekly, with strong written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in AI tools, conversation intelligence, LMS, and Content Management tools; ability to extract and interpret pipeline, customer health, forecast, and activity data.
  • Hands-on experience building internal tools, automations, or agents using AI-assisted development (e.g., Replit, Cursor, Claude, GPT), with demonstrable examples of shipped products.
  • Exceptional ownership and pace, comfortable being solely accountable for outcomes and managing multiple concurrent programs against tight deadlines.
  • Based in New York City and regularly present in the office.

Nice To Haves

  • Domain knowledge in financial services (investment banking, private equity, asset management) or experience selling into these sectors.
  • Experience enabling post-sales/customer success and forward-deployed or specialist roles, in addition to new-logo sales.
  • Experience supporting a global GTM team.
  • Previous experience as an early enablement hire building the function from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Run the Ramp program end to end for every GTM role, including role-specific multi-week tracks for pre-sales, post-sales, and SDRs, with new cohorts starting monthly.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Ramp program, including scheduling, instructors, content, daily new-hire recaps, weekly manager updates, and instructor communications.
  • Track and report on ramp progress against time-to-productivity milestones, segmented by cohort, role, and manager, intervening when individuals are off-track.
  • Adapt and enhance onboarding tracks to accommodate new roles, regions, and product updates.
  • Own the certification program for reps and managers, covering pitch and demo certifications and the value-selling framework, including scoring rubrics, cohort scheduling, and re-certification cadence.
  • Operate and continuously refine AI role-play tooling to ensure certification reflects practical application under pressure.
  • Leverage conversation intelligence and call data to provide coaching, including automated post-call feedback, deal-review insights, and targeted skill sessions for front-line managers.
  • Manage recurring department and company-wide sessions to ensure they are effective, drive alignment, support change management, and achieve impact.
  • Oversee reporting on ramp progress by role, with a specific focus on the Post-Sales organizations.
  • Plan and execute Sales Kickoff and other GTM-wide events.
  • Own and expand internal systems that enable a lean team, including GTM knowledge hubs, rep performance dashboards, a governed content management system, and certification and role-play applications.
  • Develop new internal tools using AI-assisted development.
  • Treat automations that support the rhythm of business as production systems, ensuring they are monitored, documented, and properly handed off.
  • Lead change management initiatives for new sales methodologies, processes, and tooling rollouts across a fast-growing global GTM organization.
