As our Senior Revenue Cycle Manager, you'll play a critical leadership role behind the scenes, ensuring our organization has the financial strength and operational excellence needed to continue providing life-changing care to those affected by substance use disorders. Position Summary The Senior Revenue Cycle Manager serves as a key leader within the Revenue Cycle Management team, partnering closely with the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management, Director of Revenue Cycle Management, Finance leadership, and operational stakeholders across the organization. This role is responsible for optimizing billing, collections, reimbursement, and revenue cycle performance while driving continuous process improvements that support Pinnacle's growth and mission. The candidate is a strategic and hands-on revenue cycle leader with deep expertise in behavioral health and substance use disorder billing, including residential and outpatient treatment services. This individual will lead, develop, and mentor teammates while ensuring compliance, maximizing reimbursement, and improving the overall financial performance of the organization.
