The Sr. Relationship Manager reports to the Retirement Practice Leader and serves as the primary contact for 15-20 customer relationships as well as general operational oversight for all 401(k) plans. This includes responsibility for all software & systems integration with clients’ investment management decisions and changes. This position requires a strong understanding of the financial services industry and products, especially 401(k) plans and is critical in handling day-to-day client management on behalf of the Lead Advisor. This position will also assist with all wealth management relationships with the practice leader.
