About The Position

The Senior Retail Stocking Associate is a full-time role on a high-performing team, intended for someone interested in developing as a leader and pursuing a career in retail. The anticipated pay rate is $17.00 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Associates work respectful schedules during operating hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. and are expected to cross-train in store operations, including stocking and sales duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience for customers.
• Handle various sales transactions.
• Encourage customers to participate in company programs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including Stocking/Sales Associate duties and responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
