About The Position
A Senior Retail Stocking Associate is a full-time member of a high-performing team, with opportunities to develop as a leader and pursue a career in retail. The role involves customer service, sales transactions, encouraging participation in company programs, maintaining the store, and cross-training in store operations, including stocking and sales duties. The anticipated rate is $17.50 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Associates work within operating hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., with respectful scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Provide a great experience for customers.
- Handle various sales transactions.
- Encourage customers to participate in company programs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
- Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking and sales associate duties and responsibilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
