About The Position
We are hiring immediately for a senior retail sales & technical service associate, which we call a senior agent advisor at Best Buy. In this role, you will greet customers and provide technical support or assistance in finding the products and services they need. Requirements
- 1+ years’ retail experience in a technical customer service or retail sales associate role
- Enthusiasm to welcome and assist customers
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
- A commitment to maintaining a safe and fun working environment
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide information and expert advice to customers on Best Buy products and services
- Assist customers with signing in their devices for setup, diagnostics, and repairs
- Create an amazing customer experience
- Share your passion for tech and your product knowledge to inspire customers to see what is possible with the latest technology
- Assist with training and mentoring team members
