A growing women's fashion brand is seeking a Senior Sales Lead for its Soho location. In this role, you will act as a core representative of the brand, partnering with the Store Manager to drive a high-performing, inclusive team culture. You will lead by example, coaching and developing team members, delivering actionable feedback, and strengthening overall sales performance. You will take initiative in creating innovative selling strategies and owning the clienteling processes to grow and retain the client base. You’ll create a feel-good, inclusive store experience for all customers through expert styling, exceptional service, and a results-driven mindset, to achieve sales targets and KPIs, and ensure every customer leaves feeling confident and inspired.
