About The Position

The Senior Retail Sales Associate is a full-time member of a high-performing team, equipped and empowered to do meaningful work. The role is suited to someone interested in developing as a leader and building a career in retail. The anticipated pay rate is $16.50 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Associates work respectful schedules during store operating hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. The position offers a clear path to promotion and full-time opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience for customers.
• Handle various sales transactions.
• Encourage customers to participate in company programs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking and sales associate duties and responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
