About The Position

As a Senior Retail Guest Experience Specialist at Bob’s Discount Furniture, you are more than just a sales associate—you’re a trusted advisor, a customer champion, and a team leader on the showroom floor. You’ll guide customers through a service-first shopping journey, help them find beautiful home solutions, and represent The Bob’s Way in every interaction. This role offers the opportunity to develop leadership skills, drive sales performance, and grow with one of the fastest-growing furniture retailers in the country. This is a full-time, in-store position requiring availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Ability to sit or stand continuously to complete assigned tasks
