About The Position

Grimaldi's is hiring a Senior Restaurant Manager. Our Senior Restaurant Managers take ownership of the overall performance of their location, leading and developing their management teams to consistently exceed guest expectations. Daily activities will focus on driving sales, controlling costs, maintaining our high standards, and mentoring the broader management team to grow into future leaders of the brand. We recruit, hire and train strong, self-disciplined leaders who are committed to our concept and "family" environment. Requirements

At least 5+ years in a management or supervisory capacity in a restaurant or in the retail/hospitality industry, including experience leading and developing other managers.
Proven track record of running a high-volume, full-service restaurant location, with P&L accountability.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of food, labor, and bar costs, with demonstrated ability to manage a location's P&L.
Experience training, mentoring, and developing management staff.
Enjoys working with people and leading teams.
Self-motivated, highly energetic, and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy.
Excellent organization, communication, and decision-making skills.

Nice To Haves

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field a plus.
