The Senior Resource Sales Specialist serves as a key leader and frontline contributor on the Resource Sales Team. This role partners closely with the Resource Sales Team Manager to guide, coach, and support team members, while also maintaining an active sales portfolio of churches and ministry partners. With a balance of leadership and hands-on sales responsibilities, the Senior Resource Sales Specialist will help equip churches with Vacation Bible School (VBS) materials, Sunday School curricula, books, and additional Christian resources. This role requires both ministry-minded service and strategic sales ability, ensuring that the team delivers excellent support while achieving ministry goals. This position will allow one to impact others through a service mindset centered on making an eternal difference. This position should display our Core Values of SERVE (Serve, Equip, Relate, Value, Engage) when interfacing with both internal and external customers to ensure that the message and mission of Answers in Genesis is portrayed in an effective and God-honoring fashion.
