About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative direction of each project before construction begins.
  • Help homeowners articulate their goals and shape the vision for their home.
  • Guide clients from initial possibilities to project reality.
  • Lead the collaborative process to turn a vision into a successful project.
  • Work with the design team, project managers, engineers, and trade partners to ensure alignment.
  • Serve as the client's primary advocate and trusted advisor.
