About The Position

Lamont Bros. is seeking a Senior Residential Design Advisor/Design Consultant to lead projects from conception to construction. This role involves guiding homeowners through the design process, understanding their goals and aspirations, and translating their vision into a tangible reality. The Design Advisor will collaborate with internal teams, project managers, engineers, and trade partners, acting as the client's primary advocate and trusted advisor. Success hinges on building trust, leading thoughtful conversations, and ensuring clients confidently invest in exceptional design. The position offers significant earning potential, with over half of the compensation being performance-based, rewarding exceptional work and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Experience in residential remodeling or residential design is required.
