About The Position

KEITH is hiring a Senior Resident Project Representative to act as the owner’s on-site representative for a $300M airport project at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). The RPR will be responsible for monitoring contractor performance, ensuring quality compliance, and representing the interests of the client throughout construction.

Requirements

10+ years of relevant experience in building construction inspection and resident project representation.
Strong background on complex, multi-phase capital projects, preferably in aviation or public facilities.
Demonstrated expertise in construction observation, field coordination, and QA/QC practices.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain professionalism in high-pressure environments.
Excellent reporting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with FAA and airport authority standards a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the day-to-day liaison between the construction team, design professionals, and the owner.
Observe all phases of construction including site preparation, structural, architectural, MEP, and finishes.
Ensure contractor compliance with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and regulatory standards.
Track progress against schedule and report deviations, risks, or issues.
Maintain accurate records including daily logs, photographs, and as-built documentation.
Facilitate resolution of field conflicts and RFIs in collaboration with designers and contractors.
Provide oversight for punch list development, commissioning, and project closeout.
