Senior Resident Care Assistant (Med Assist)
About The Position
Grand Villa is a great place to work! We offer great benefits! The main responsibility of a resident assistant is to assist residents. You would help residents with daily living, which might include using the toilet, bathing, and washing, and dressing. You would also help with other tasks such as recreational and social activities. As an RCA you might aid residents who have limited mobility by helping them walk or transporting them in wheelchairs. In addition, you may perform administrative tasks such as answering phones and greeting visitors and providing documentation of care and assistance. At Grand Villa we take pride in giving our Best! Requirements
- Must be friendly, patient, and compassionate.
- Should be nonjudgmental and open to working with people of different backgrounds and beliefs.
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
- Night Shift availability (Required)
- Work Location: In person.
